This website, www.lamorganti.com (the “Website”), is operated by La Morganti, an independent jewellery brand based in London, United Kingdom.

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to La Morganti. “You” and “your” refer to anyone visiting the Website or purchasing from us.

2. Using Our Website

By using our Website, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Please read them before placing an order.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page. The terms applicable to your order will be those in place when you place it, unless a change is required by law or otherwise agreed with you.

3. Our Jewellery

La Morganti jewellery is made by hand in London, with a focus on shape, texture and the character of the making process.

Each piece is made individually. Small variations in shape, surface, texture, finish or colour may occur and are part of the nature of handmade jewellery. Your piece may therefore differ slightly from the images shown on the Website.

We aim to represent our products as accurately as possible. Colours and details may appear differently depending on your screen and device.

Product descriptions, materials and sizing information are provided to help you make an informed purchase. Please contact us if you need further information before ordering.

4. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance by La Morganti.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Please check your order details carefully. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at contact@lamorganti.com.

You may request to cancel your order before production begins. Please contact us promptly. We cannot guarantee that a cancellation can be accommodated once production has started.

This does not affect any statutory cancellation rights that apply to your order.

If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment made for that order.

5. Made-to-Order and Custom Pieces

Many La Morganti pieces are made to order. The estimated production lead time for each standard design is stated on its product page. Please check this information before placing your order.

We also offer personalised or custom-made pieces. The details, specifications and any agreed production timeframe for these pieces will be confirmed with you before your order is accepted.

As each piece is made individually, small variations may occur. If we anticipate a significant delay, we will contact you.

6. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£), unless otherwise stated.

The price of each product is shown on its product page. UK delivery is charged at a flat rate of £10 per order. The total price, including delivery, will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Payment must be made in full at checkout. We accept the payment methods made available through Squarespace Payments.

7. Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

UK delivery costs £10 per order. Orders are sent using a tracked delivery service. Delivery details and any available estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout or in your order confirmation.

The production lead time for made-to-order pieces is stated on the relevant product page. Once your order is ready for dispatch, please allow up to one week to recieve.

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct when placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct it. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

8. Exchanges, Cancellations and Returns

Our policy is to offer exchanges rather than change-of-mind returns, where legally permitted. Please contact us at contact@lamorganti.com before sending an item back so that we can explain the exchange process.

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights. For many online purchases, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods, subject to certain exceptions. Where that right applies, you may be entitled to a refund rather than an exchange.

Some personalised or genuinely custom-made items may be exempt from the usual change-of-mind cancellation right. Standard designs made to order are not automatically exempt.

Where you are responsible for returning an item, you must pay the return postage unless we agree otherwise. If an item is faulty or not as described, your legal rights apply and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

9. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact contact@lamorganti.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs may help us assess the problem.

We will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate resolution in line with your statutory rights.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your legal rights in relation to faulty goods or goods that are not as described.

10. Jewellery Care

Silver and other jewellery materials may change naturally with wear and over time. Silver, for example, can oxidise and develop a patina.

Please follow the guidance on our Materials & Care page to help maintain your piece. Wear, accidental damage or changes resulting from improper care may affect the appearance of your jewellery. This does not limit your legal rights in relation to faults or defects.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content on this Website, including product photography, text, designs, graphics and branding, belongs to La Morganti or is used with permission.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

12. Website Availability and Accuracy

We aim to keep the Website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee that it will always operate without interruption or error.

We may update, change or remove Website content or products from time to time. This will not affect an order we have already accepted, except where required by law or otherwise agreed with you.

13. Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including your statutory consumer rights.

We are not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, provided that this does not affect any rights you have under applicable law.

Personal information provided when using our Website or placing an order is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
